forging ash of the beloved

Not All That Burns Is Unmade.

A mythic fantasy trilogy rooted in the lore and storytelling traditions of Dungeons & Dragons.

series overview

Forging Ash Of The Beloved centers the devastation of the roles we are born into and the lives we choose to make from what remains. Set in a world shaped by arcane magic, inherited power, rebellion, and Sapphic love forged under impossible pressure, the series follows those caught between duty and desire, obedience and truth. As old orders burn, sometimes by necessity, sometimes by mistake, the question is not what is lost, but what survives devastation both imposed and self-made. Moving from fracture through devotion to the difficult labor of peace, the trilogy traces how identity, queer love, and responsibility are not given, but forged, again and again, from ash.
